No comment, everything was excellent. Nothing to complain about

Room quality and amenities were poor. We booked two rooms and both had issues. Simple things like Ice Maker, to loose/broken flush handle , to broken door handles, this property really needs a do-over. I would not recommend staying at this particular STAYBRIDGE SUITES (location).

Went to Toronto for vacation, so we really just stayed at the hotel during night hours. Staff was pleasant. The room itself was quite outdated with carpet pulling off in the corners, furniture cloth tearing and needing steamed; some bath towels were fringed with holes. The kitchenette had newer appliances as if never used. The gym was average and pool rather small. Breakfast is served daily with coffee and juice dispensers-basic breakfast. Dinner also served some evenings-pizza, hot dogs, etc. Never tried it, but available. Only 1 elevator in the middle of building which is frequented with cleaning staff, that never stepped out to allow larger families use. A/C to main building did not appear to be turned on, but rooms' A/C cool and functional. Overall I would say 3.5 stars, but it definitely worked for our purpose.

Great room and was better value than we were expecting. Breakfast was superb and in the price of our room. Staff were fantastic and right there when you had a question. No complaints for this Hotel !!

The hallway by the swimming pool smells really bad

The rooms were very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The only problem we had was top part of the curtain was not closing all the way and the side of the curtains didn't have any material so we had a lot of light coming in at time so we didn't get a good night sleep

We were stranded for the night with horrible snow and storm and this was one of the only hotels available near the airport It was pricey at $280 but it was what was available - it is very nice although the location isn’t close to any amenities - room was spacious and well set up - nice Comfie beds-bathroom small but clean and lots of towels etc - water running was very loud for some reason - morning breakfast was really good real eggs and lots of variety - closes by 930 and we almost missed it because we got in so late and slept a bit late - highly recommend especially if you need the space

Room size fit our family of 6 perfectly. The breakfast was included and that was convenient.
