When we arrived, we were offered a 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor room. Being that the elevator was out of order, we asked for 1st floor. At that point we were told there was only a 3rd floor room available. There were bags of trash in the stairwell on evey floor all weekend. Our rooms were never serviced in the three nights we stayed there. Our coffee maker was incomplete and when we asked for a lid to the coffee pot and more coffee, we were told to wait 20-30 mins. At that point we were only brought decaf. On Sunday evening, we arrived at our room to find that we were locked out. The front desk attendant brought one active key and walked away without giving an explanation. I will make a point of not ever boooking a stay at this location (El Diente St) again! We had never had a Quality Inn experience this inconvenient or uncomfortable.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. The first thing we were greeted by was the presence of a broken elevator. Upon checking into our rooms we found feces smeared all over the bathroom wall along with a used bar of soap. The room was very unclean including food on the chairs. It had obviously not even been cleaned in between guests. there was also a missing electrical outlet cover which was a very unsafe condition. We immediately went down to the desk and confronted the girl at the front desk. She did not seem to care at all. She was very rude. We asked for the manager. We were told that the manager was not there for another week. We were promised a phone call from the manager upon her return which of course never happened. On top of everything else this disgusting hotel refuses to return any of the money from this four night, two rooms stay. Never, I repeat never even think of staying at this location. They obviously don’t care about their guests or doing business in an appropriate manner.

I was told on this app I would get charged upon arrival at the hotel. That wasn't the case. My flights got cancelled due to weather at Texas and I get a text message from my credit card that it was getting charged by the hotel. Unfortunately, I had to call hotel.com and the hotel to try and change my reservation while on the plane that was landed for weather. This was not a great experience with both. Finally the hotel allowed me to fix my reservation. I get to the hotel and my card was still charged for two nights then of course the $50 damage fee which I completely understand and actually inserted my card into the machine for that and signed for. After about 30min being checked in I get a notice from my credit card it is getting charged another $50. We went to dinner came back to try to use the indoor pool and hot tub only to get a cold hot tub with tons of chemical like bleach in both the pool and hot tub obviously not swimmable.My husband called to let them know what was going on and of course we were blown off by saying it was being maintenance. Which should have had a warning of that was the case. Next morning at check out I did the the front desk know of my two nights was still on my credit card with the additional two $50. The explanation is I will be credited for one night and the other two charges will fall off in 2 to 3 days. I sure hope so.

Did not have an actual blanket or comforter on my bed, basically had two sheets on top of each other. The hotel looks ran down. Smelled like weed in the hallways. Pubic hair on one of my towels.

staff wasn’t very friendly. they didn’t know what they were doing at all because every time we asked a question they would make up an excuse. the place was sketchy as well. also we have to call to get our deposit back because they didn’t want to give it back for no reason

The smell of soapy mop water was at times overpowering, especially on the elevator. The room was generally pretty clean. Linens were clean, with the typical faint smell of bleach. Only visited the lobby and the room, did not utilize the gym, pool or business center so I can't comment on those. There was no hot breakfast being served, only a brown paper bag with a pre-wrapped Danish and a juice box. I passed and we ate breakfast in Denver. The most concerning part to me was the fact that about 70% of the times I walked past the front desk, it was unmanned with a handwritten sign saying "For help, call (a number that wasn't the hotel number.)" There were a couple of vending machines, but no other toiletries to be found in their little convenience area (usually can get pain relivers, toothpaste, dental floss, Alka-Seltzer, etc. They only had a couple packs of facial tissue.) The bed was comfortable, the AC worked (but was a bit on the loud side.) The remote for the TV was frustrating and the Dish guide was near impossible to decipher, though I don't blame the hotel for that.

There is nothing special about this place. Its hard to find at night and I've driven in this area before but poor street lighting makes it hard to find. The staff is not overly helpful. I had planned on using a different charge card upon arriving but they had already charged my debit card and wouldn't credit that card so I could use my charge card. We never saw any maintenance or people cleaning rooms. They only offered coffee and tea at breakfast. All in all not happy and will not be using this place again.
