Firstly, I booked 1 King size bed and upon arriving, I was informed that the hotel was booked and my room wasn't available. I was offered another room, which didn't seem like a problem at first. I go to the room. When I look at the bed cover/sheets, they were extremely soiled! After further inspection, I noticed a dried blood stain on the pillow. I was furious and immediately went back to the lobby to speak with the agent to explain what I saw and that I needed a new room. The agent, then tells me that since the hotel was booked, all she could do was either switch me to a double bed room or have someone give us new sheets. Fuming with disgust and not wanting to be switched to a double bed room, I asked for new sheets and covers. After going back to the room, waiting 15 minutes and calling the front desk, some man finally showed up with new sheets. I was expecting house keeping would come, but NOPE! This man stands in front on me and says,"here you." Stunned. I asked, "Where is housekeeping? Do you expect me to change this soiled bed?" He just looked at me, with an attitude, stating that housekeeping doesn't work on the weekends. WTF? This is a HOTEL! I understand that we're still in a pandemic, but are you serious? What customer is asked to remake a dirty bed, because the establishment doesn't have staff available? I went back to the front desk. I was then switched to the double room. I go there, inspected the bed and saw a COCKROACH crawling on the bed! DISGUSTED AND LIVID!

Great location in Brooklyn near where we needed to be, good parking so no need to search a spot. Room was clean, shower very good, decent beds and pillows.

We arrived at the hotel at 3:30pm and had to wait a half hour for our room keys even though check in was at 3pm. The room was terribly unclean - the sheets were dirty with what looks like crumbs. The bathroom smelled like urine and there were noticeable parts of the bathroom floor that had sticky urine spots. We also did not have full sized towels in our room.

Terrible.

Always a great stay.....

Pretty mediocre experience, some smudges, stains, here and there. The water in the bathtub wasn't draining properly. Got bit by a bug, not sure which bug. Breakfast was ok, they give you some water as well, if you ask.

Comfortable for one. Need more pillows for two. Easy check in. Lots of available bottles of water. 3rd time this month I stayed here. Breakfast is a to go bag. If you need tea or coffee young lady to assist.

ITS ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO STAY HERE....ITS VERY CLEAN N THE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND.

My stay was great was able to get the necessary things I needed and return to work on time. Very comfortable and great service at your hands at any time
