とても綺麗で何も言う事ありません。タオルも夕方に足りているかのチェックに来てくれます。 誕生日だったのですがすれ違うスタッフがおめでとう！とイタリア語で声かけしてくれました。

best hotel I have visited, beautiful place to stay

It is rare that an elegant hotel is professional, elegant and fun. The Four Seasons in Florence, Italy has managed to achieve all of these qualities. Although we were there for my birthday, I wanted to surprise my friend with a pastry that she loves. We can not get it in the U.S. I asked the restaurant staff if possible, can they try to get it for us. Not only did they get it, but presented it to our table as a birthday cake with candles in it.I don't know who was more emotional me or my friend. Thank you Giulia. We had such fun speaking with Frederico at the reception desk, Rado at the front door and all the lovely staff that we came into contact with. The garden was simply beautiful and relaxing. Thank you for a magical experience. I hope that you are all well during this difficult time.

Amazing architecture. Impecable service and room. We had dinner at the main restaurant and it was pricey but excellent. Location a bit away from the old town (25 minutes walk). I would help to have a shuttle service at least during some hours of the day.

Love this place. Staff are the best and it feels like home away from home.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and the staff are second to none. If something does go wrong, the hotel doe their utmost to fix the issue. The downside is the extremely high price for the accommodation. The standard room prices don't include breakfast which is somewhat off putting when you are paying so much in the first place.

Excellent property - features, layout, ambience, convenient location

Beautiful property on beautiful grounds in easy walking distance of the sights. The people were great and we loved the outside dining and views. Will definitely return
