How I love this place! I realize that The Juliet Hotel has lost some of the little details that first charmed me (e.g., the signature toiletries), I am glad to see that the "free hot breakfast" is not longer listed among the website amenities. That freebie has not been around since pre-Covid days. I handed a handwritten list of 5 in-room disappointments, little pointers (not a single one of which was a deal-breaker) to the front desk attendant when I checked out. She said, rather dismissively, "Just leave it there on the counter."
I hope someone reads and heeds!
