Kayla was alone at the front desk. She kept her cool and kept apologizing for the wait. Stood in line for 2 hours just to find out she couldn’t find my reservation and they had over booked. I finally left because I had a concert to get to. I found somewhere else to stay for the night.

The absolute worst check in ever at any hotel. The front desk worker named Kayla was trying her best. Multiple people were checked in to the same room while I wanted for over 2 hours and still did not get checked in. Came back to attempt a night check in and used the provided phone to make two calls and received no response. The absolute worst experience ever, this brand is off my list of places I’ll ever try to stay at, and I would not be surprised if this location does not close down soon. Maybe that’s the best option. As for staying here - just don’t.

When I arrived to my first room, there were beer cans in the trash can, room smelled like smoke, toilet was running and dirty. The nice guy working the desk did switch me to a new room. That room had been cleaned but the pillow cases were yellow, the smell of room was so bad that it was hard to breathe. I left property immediately because I could not sleep there.

Had to wait outside in a line of 50+ guests to check-in in 95 degree weather , 3:00 check-in finally got my room at 5:45. Others waited past 7:30. Only one girl at the front desk and she was struggling. The room keys were not working. The Manager would not answer their phone. She accidentally gave someone the key to our room and they walked in thinking it was theirs.We we all shocked at the misunderstanding .I’m just glad we were dressed. Management left that poor girl to drowning when they knew there was a huge concert that night 2miles away and they were fully booked. And they left their guests to suffer in the heat for hours. They should return everyone’s money for July 11, 2026. People had to wait for other guests to get in and out because the key cards didn’t open the access doors. It was horrible.

It was the worst place I ever stayed at. It was filthy, the sink in the bathroom was pouring water out of it. The whole place reeked of Marijuana. I actually witnessed a guy smoking pot sitting outside. There was cockroaches and the room smelled of pot and mold. I spent my whole night coughing from the mold. Vending machines didn't work and it was supposed to be a smoke free facility but I smelled cigarette smoke and Marijuana all night long.

when checking in, I was told their system is down and they cannot check in anyone. and could not help with anything. so at around 10:00pm in the night, I was on my own to find another place to stay the night after a 6 hour drive.

Apparently this was an Extended Stay America location before being acquired by Choice a month or so ago. Looks like very little was done to upgrade the property however. The walls were dirty, toilet fill ran on/off all night, damaged formica in the kitchen and bath. Not sure if there was anything in the kitchen drawer as it would not open. AC worked and the bed was okay. Vent-a-Hood hasn't been cleaned in years. Light and fan didn't work. The entry door was so quirky that the staff had to explain exactly how to open it or you'd never get in. Looks okay outside but the inside is BEAT UP.
