Beautiful views from the rooms of Lake Atitlan. The rooms were nice. There are not enough outlets in the rooms so it was a little difficult to charge phones/devices.

Very convenient to the boats and lakeside restaurants. Short walk to the main shopping street.

Excelente servicio. La comida muy buena y precios razonables, la limpieza de la habitación nítida, la amabilidad del personal excelente. Ubicación ideal ya que se encuentra muy cerca del embarcadero, de la calle principal y de restaurantes. Además dejamos olvidadas unas cosas en la habitación e inmediatamente nos localizaron , para informarnos e indicarnos que nos las enviarían a donde nosotros indicáramos. Si nos preguntan con cuántas estrellas calificamos el hotel , diríamos sin lugar a dudas que si es un Hotel 5 estrellas. Felicitaciones!!!!!

We loved this hotel. The staff were helpful and accomodated a room change for us very kindly. We were impressed with the displays through out the hotel and use of Mayan fabrics. The restaurant food was very good and breakfasts were huge and excellent.

It was a full on property with all the amenities that you would ever require but just a little tired otherwise great

Fantastic location but the hotel has seen better days. Seems in need of renovations and a little care.

Beautiful property however you can hear the men yelling on microphones from 10am to 10pm - all day no matter where you are - even in your hotel room. They also have a very strange rule where you need to use a laminated card to get a pool towel. Very different from the Antigua property. beautiful, but loud. check in was spotty - saw three different people all day and had different information shared.

It is a beautiful hotel, just steps away from the Lake, it has beautiful views, clean and modern, great restaurant and food, great staff and service, the only thing I didn't like was that they give you a bracelet for each person in your party, this makes the people from outside the hotel know where you are staying, it makes you feel insecure, I hope this practice is removed, overall I do recommend it.

The view from my room was spectacular. Breakfast was reasonably priced.

They had no room for us and sent us to a motel that was completely different than what we paid for
