Room was covered with a white dust maybe recent construction but wasn’t cleaned well

This condo was in very bad shape. Too bad I didn’t read the reviews thoroughly prior to booking.

Love that fact its right in the middle of the city assessable to the night life ,shops,and restaurants that Rhode Island has to offer. Love the restaurant downstairs the food was great.

Not what we were expecting. The location is great, in the heart of federal hill, very walkable and restaurants everywhere. The room was small and not as clean as I would have liked. This would be ok for a couple liking for a place to crash but I would definitely not recommend it for a family. Also strange that there is no concierge after midnight, you must carry a key to the hotel with you at all times to get in.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was huge and clean. However there were mice traps everywhere. Also you need more mirrors! It was so hard for three girls to get dressed for a night out. Front desk was very nice and fast for check in. If you stay here make it a quick stay.

Roaches sagging old mattress no wash cloths dirty glasses in room difficulty opening front door.

Thr neighborhood is run down and felt unsafe. We asked for a refund and the manager refused. I would steer clear

The hotel was perfect for our stay in Rhode Island. The room was neat and clean with a kitchenette. The location was right in the center of the ‘little Italy’. And Lastly, the staff were exceptional.
