It was supposed to be a great trip. The hotel looked nice on the inside. You would not know that by the lobby, but the rooms are nice. All went well until there was a heat malfunction in my room. It was unbearable to sleep. It was 80 degrees plus with the air on blast! I asked the attendant if my children and I could stay in the area where she was because there was air conditioning, she told me no. I asked for her to call the manager or anyone that could fix the issue, again, was told no. I went to check out the next morning. I attempted to tell the manager, he told me he was aware. He clearly didn't care! It was easier to lose a customer than accommodate me and my children.
