Amazing location for being able to walk to everything. Quaint old building with a lovely back courtyard and very quiet at night. If you don't plan to stay in your room much, then space is just enough to be comfortable.

WHAT a DUMP!!! Your pictures are VERY misleading and inaccurate. Spent three nights in this crap hole in a very noisy street side room.

Heritage building.....good, this stairs steep and narrow, not so good!

Loved being located at boutique hotel in French Quarter. Loved secure gate fir coming into courtyard at whatever hour.

Super cute place with great location. If you treasure your sleep, ask for an inner room ( not room one or two) cause these are right on Ursulines and are loud but for us the conversations we caught from passerby’s were worth it, plus the mornings were quiet and that’s when we were sleeping. Hot tub was great one night but second night it was cold cause there was no cover on it which was a little disappointing. Extra coffee can pods are freely available at the front desk. Bathroom could use a good scrub with bleach as there was some mildew, but it’s the damp humid south, whatta ya expect? Overall great stay at very fair price. Would return hands down.

Great old place. Great location. The staff was fantastic and friendly. Price on point. Recommend room # 5. Courtyard is like your own backyard, with a hot tub.
