We booked up for 2 nights. But only stayed for 1 night. The room was not clean at all, had insects and tiny spiders. It was really dusty and stuffy. We ended up booking another hotel to stay, for 2nd night. Even, told receptionst while checking-out that we are checking out day early, due to room not be comfy.

The staff were very friendly on arrival. Unfortunately our room key didn’t work when we returned back from our friends wedding and was very hard to get in contact with the hotel to give us access. We had to wait about 30 minutes and make multiple calls. Air con in the room was very noisy.

This was a return trip to Harrigan's as we love the stay there. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Easy check in/check out - with an 11am check out. The food is reasonably priced, good variety and plenty of it. They even fit us in when they were fully booked. Our room backed onto a vineyard, with it's own little patio and chairs for morning coffee. Just a two minute car ride to Hunter Valley Gardens (you can even walk there, it is so close). We saw the big wheel all lit up from our room. Don't forget your cossie as the pool is a great diversion for the kids (and adults) before and after the Gardens. Staff even expressed my phone to me when I left it behind. A lovely, affordable family friendly hotel.

Enjoyable stay. Central location and having the Pub on site made meals an easy no drive option. Pity our room suffered from poor Wi-Fi.

We were Over charged for our room By over $100 Staff refused to pay back this amount and offered breakfast food there mistake which turned out to be not the nicest food Hardly slept for bed was one of the worst we had slept on And room was not pleasant at all for what we paid

There was netflix Only things not that good is the bathroom could be cleaner Not being able to get in till 3pm...too late

Early check in was there, nice clean room but Shower screen with fix head is not a good idea. Had body soap that could not be open from a hand and I was told at the reception that they know the issue.. Why issue this if this cannot be used?

The hotel is very central to wineries and HV Gardens. Our stay was very comfortable and would stay here again.

Close to the Hunter Valley Gardens. Morning Restaurant Staff were pleasant and helpful. Evening staff not so much. Average pub food. No fresh or tinned fruit for breakfast. Outdoor furniture had not been cleaned.
