便利なところです

近くにホールフーズのスーパーがあって、お土産買うには便利でした。 朝食のルームサービスがとても良かったです。 駅からも近くてスーツケースで歩いても不便ではなかったです。 一部の収納が壊れていましたが、滞在に大きな影響はなかったです。 JFKまでのタクシーも$55で、マンハッタンより安くて良かったです。

３泊した。朝食はBOXで提供され部屋食。オーダーシートの記載項目は細かいが、ついに3回とも提供数は一致せず。ちなみに、不足していることを連絡すると、えらい数を持ってきてくれる。

綺麗なビジネスホテル

価格相応のホテルだと思います。ビジネスホテルです。レストランなど無く、朝食はルームサービスです。近くに小さなスーパーがあり軽食と寿司などが購入できます

We were very impressed with how clean the hotel was but the check in staff was very unpleasant and was not very helpful. The parking lot was full and they were very unhelpful in terms of assisting us in finding alternate parking.

Not what I expected based on pictures or details advertised. Very disappointing. I choose this location for my anniversary. Unfortunately to say If you decide to stay here avoid room #608. The air conditioning system reek the smell of urine. We requested a room with a balcony so we figured we would open the door to resolve the issue Of the smell that way but the front desk had to send someone up to open the balcony door with a screw driver at 2 in the morning. The springs in the bed were another in pleasant surprise of disappointment. There weren’t any wash rags. (I requested it par the front desk. They politely informed me there were no more). Room walls are very thin you can hear everything in the hallways. Needles to say; So much for a stay worth my money or comfortable anniversary night stay. I called the contact number of the manager (business) left a message with the staff member that did answer to inform me the manager wasn’t currently available. I haven’t heard back from the establishment yet.

Putting it ‘BLUNTly’

We stayed at this hotel in January 2020 to attend an event at the Barclay center. This trip was to visit family in Brooklyn. We were very disappointed this time around. While the staff seemed accommodating - we were dismayed to see an employee not wearing a mask and not behind the plexi at check in - despite a sign stating everyone had to wear a mask in the lobby. The hallway of our room and the elevator had a very strong odor of weed the entire time were were there. One evening it was so bad the stench permeated our room. There were groups of people partying into the early hours of the morning all 3 nights of our visit. One evening in particular there was a loud argument in the hallway outside our room (2am) and it woke us out of a sound sleep. It sounded like staff came up to check on the situation as we could hear the loud talking and the whole conversation. It is obvious that despite the staff being friendly, the atmosphere and clientele served at the hotel the nights we were there was quite different than the previous visit. Maybe the fact clubs or bars are not operating is a factor. EvidentIy it’s ok to smoke weed in a non smoking hotel?! it felt unsafe at times at its worst and at best annoying not knowing if you would get a good nights sleep. Wish we had looked at some of the more recent reviews - now we’ve added another bad one based on our unfortunate experience. It’s a shame because the location is great - but it’s not worth it!!
