Good choice of breakfast. Easy location for commuting north or south of Olbia. Pool was colder than the sea so didn’t use. Shower needs a shower curtain as previously mentioned. The wedding that was held on the Saturday when we arrived was extremely noisy into the night which didn’t think was Acceptable but didn’t complain as the rest of the week was fine. Generally a good hotel but you need a car to get to places!

Very poor quality bacon and eggs for breakfast - cold, half raw, greasy bacon and powdered eggs lying in a pool of liquid. Miserable waiters at the breakfast service, not one smile or greeting while we were there. They offer a buffet from 07.30 am to 10.00am, yet when we arrived at 09.00am for breakfast, the bacon was almost finished (just a few raw pieces remaining and the waiters showed no interest in getting it restocked (one of the more polite waiters did get 3 of the raw pieces cooked a bit extra for me, which was very kind of him, but the others there not int, I eventually reported this to reception, but it did not appear to make much difference in the days that followed) Service and quality of breakfast is very poor for a four star hotel. We had room 504 facing the main road - avoid those rooms - very noisy! Beds also very hard and uncomfortable (2 single beds pushed together, not a double as advertised) Would recommend you ask for a pool facing room, those seem to be the best, but not sure what the quality of beds would be like there either. We did not swim in the pool as it was freezing, there are BEUATIFUL beaches near by, we hired a car so went to the beaches every day. Recommend Cala Brandinchi - very nice, you do pay 1.50 per hour, to get in, but it's worth it! Also didn't eat at the hotel as far too expensive, there are some nice restaurants in Olbia - Doppio Molto and Wild West both good and we went to a local Pizzeria in Olbia - Pizzeria Dadino also very nice!

Just a short taxi ride from the airport, this was a fab base for a week's holiday in Sardinia in September 2019. A friendly welcome, we had two rooms as we had our 16 year old daughter with us. Our room was on the first floor above reception/cafe and faced the road. It had a huge balcony which invited a jacuzzi spa tub and sun loungers, but unfortunately only had a table and two chairs. The room itself was clean, spacious, comfy and had plenty of storage space. There was a small fridge and we put in our own water and drinks, no problem. Luckily we had taken our own kettle as there wasn't one. This room was only let down by the street lights from the cafe sign which made it feel like daylight all night. My daughters room was slightly smaller and was on the far hand corner of the complex above the wedding shop - she also had the fridge, but also a kettle. There were regular free bus shuttles to the nearby beach which was sand and very clean with a small cafe and lots of sellers. The colours of the sea were amazing and the weather was gorgeous, still sunny and in the mid 20's. Breakfast was the same every single day and we got a bit fed up with it, especially waiting for the lightly cooked bacon and scambled eggs to arrive. But there were plenty of different dishes for the continental selection. We ate here in the evening twice, the first time was fantastic and the second time was not so good, both were quite pricey in comparison to the plenty of other eateries nearby.

Hotel is conveniently located to explore beautiful beaches near by. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. House keeping is excellent. Pool side bar staff are very friendly too. The only down side is the restaurant staff, who does not speak English and bit unfriendly. The same food items on the buffet breakfast. We got tired of eating the same food every morning.Overall, a good stay.

The place was clean and the majority of staff are friendly, this is more of a local hotel where italians would stay, so some staff do not speak english but communicated satisfactory. The pool is a lot smaller than the pictures implied, however bug enough. It was a very peacful hotel with not too much noise, which was perfect for our needs.

I loved the staff, I didn’t like breakfast options, I didn’t like the bedroom shower as you take a shower and all the bath gets wet. Location and pool excellent

Property was very friendly especially the Bar/Cafe staff. Very Clean. Good value .😊
