It was very dirty. The toilet seat was dirty. Looks like pubic hair on all the towels. The refrigerator was leaking. I check in and 15mins later i checked out and they dont want to refund me

Terrible experience with the manager who was working the morning of January 4. I wanted to wait outside while he checked me in due to COVID and him not wearing a mask, but he demanded that I wait inside. When I said I wanted to wait outside because of COVID (I had given him my license), he said I had a bad attitude and would not honor my reservation. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I stayed there the night before and didn't have my room key because the previous night they said they'd give me a new key if I stayed additional nights, so I was stuck outside my room. I also would've had to pack everything up and check into a different hotel later in the day. So I had to appeal to him to check me in and he finally checked me in after much stress. I've never had anyone treat me like this at a hotel, ever. Was extremely unhappy with it and it definitely added stress to my trip.

I was a good stay and I will definitely stay there again.

Nice room. Ice was in the lobby & access wasn't good in the early morning for ice. Door key was difficult to work.

The worst smelling room ever. EVERYTHING smelled like stale weed. Would NEVER stay here again.

I stay at this location At least two to three times a month. I’m an out of towner and this place is clean, safe, quiet and close to everything that I visit the city for. Sure stay plus is Really my favorite hotel in the area ...

Not what i expected.not clean at all paint all over floor in bathroom with hair dye on the wall.trash under ac unit. Frigidaire dont work and i was afraid to sleep.health inspection should shut them down

Perfectly adequate. When staying at value locations, this is what you hope for. It can be a bit loud every so often as it's on a flight path. Would stay again.

The front desk girl wasnt very pleasant, and when I requested a particular room number she made a face at me and didn't answer my request......... refrigerator didn't work and she acted as if she didn't care- i stayed in the room anyway with no problems- need a more caring agent

My favorite spot. Affordable, close to a lot, clean and friendly staff.
