I loved it there was a kitchen in the room and that they supplied dishwashing soap as well as laundry soap every day. I did have to remind them to give me towels and to replenish soap as it was not consistent. Overall I had a good experience and all staff was friendly and helpful.

Booked for 1 night only because we wanted a nice view called hotel was promised a room with a view.... when we got there was told sorry no room with view available..... which was only reason I booked the room to begin with

Dorado is much nicer thsn San Juan but hotel staff and security act the same...Unappreciative if your business and more concerned w guest harrassment over guest security. No bueno. No good. Do not stsy here. Gste ti beach wont open youll get licked iff tge property security

Staff was awesome. Theres no restaurants open just a pool side cantina... the path to the pool needs attention. My wheelchair get stuck and a wheel broke.... written an email to them and not response yet! Is not the worst hotel but im not coming back soon..

Shades dirty, toilet leaking, bathtub not working properly. Use of facilities was a total failure, daily guidance of facility rules varied by each front desk employees

No security or sanitation method apply for Covid -19. Very dirty property , people and staff without mask on grounds. The pool look like a Spring Brake Pool Party no safety measure applied. We checked in went to the public beach meanwhile our room was ready because we cannot use the pool after 5pm. Once it was time we got to our room , the door was broken, the carpet smelled and they were spiderwebs and mold. We went down to leave the property and ask for a refund and they said no because the manager Mr. Andrews indicate we used the facilities. I only used two towels to go to the public beach. I did not use any of the facilities. There was no way the were packed with people. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. NO SAFETY _ OR SOCIAL DISTANCING FOR COVID 19 . I will be filling a official complaint with the Tourism Department so this property will be fined or closed . IT IS NOT SAFE.

We usually stay here every year and live this hotel however this year our experience was different a lot of local ppl at the hotel and loud . Couldn’t sleep. The power went out for a long time and they had no generator, so no shower, bath, or lights and no apology from hotel.

The room have all the amenities that you need for a short stay. Overall the hotel is very nice.
