最初フロントからホテルの場所が地図から分からず苦労した。ゴミ捨て場所分からずフロントに聞いた。トイレットペーパー、テイシュ、タオルの供給が欲しかった。テレビのつけ方も分からなかった。

口コミをみて少し不安がありましたが、実際部屋は普通にきれいだし、 高層階のため、海から昇る朝日や夜景などとてもきれいです。 設備も洗濯機、乾燥機、食洗機、レンジ、トースターなどしっかりありました。 そんなに古さも感じませんでした（冷蔵庫はHIｒ、レンジはLGでした） フライパンが小さいの１つしかない（無理無理ステーキ肉２枚焼きました）のと コーヒーメーカーがない。 それと室内プールが使用できないのが減点。 子どもがいたのでプールで遊びたかったのだけれど 時期的に外のプールは寒い（少し泳いだけど）し残念でした。 室内プールは使用できなくなって久しい様子でしたが そのあたりの情報はエクスペディアさんにぜひつかんでおいてほしいけどな。

新しい建物ではありませんが、フロントの方もフレンドリーで感じが良かった。42階だったので部屋からのロケーションは最高！

Great place - central location. Perfect for family

The 3 bedroom is pretty clean and bigger more space compare to other hotel around Surfers. Location is pretty central. Great view

Easy check in, staff were great and happy to help when we needed extra towels. Floors of the room were not clean in the main living area (kind of rust marks from the older lounge that was in there I think) but the rest of the rooms were all good. We stayed 4 nights and honestly my two issues were: - No towel changes overs (using the same towel for 4 days and having to wash them ourselves because we had to use the same towels for the pool) - The lifts, not all of them were working and being that it was school holidays it was very busy in there. The 4 person (or 1 family) covid rule certainly did no apply as every one was sick of waiting for the lifts. And on two days there was a work man having to go up and down, he complained so badly the people in the lift were not happy and the second time I encountered him he told us he was shutting off all the lifts from the car park so he could get all his gear up top to do the work he needed.. The lobby was packed when he mentioned it so every one scrambled to get into the next lift.. Other than these minor things (which was not even close to being enough to upset my holiday) the hotel was great. Location was awesome and beds cumfy.

The pillow had major sweat stains on it Only gave us one extra role of toilet paper There was dried snot on the blanket, I nearly vomited when I saw it The doors had finger marks all over it The bin is so tiny- only gave us one bag for it

Other than a problem with the lift when we first arrived... the hotel was BRILLIANT! Good size, clean excellent location... I was a bit disappointed that 5pm on a Saturday was "after hours".... but only a SMALL hiccup in an otherwise BRILLIANT STAY!! I WILL BE BACK!!!

Proximity to shops, beach, night life. Outdoor pool area was great, kids loved it

The room is badly in need of cleaning (lots of marks on the walls) and painting. The window panel in the main bedroom was only hanging in by a prayer & wasn't sealed so it was difficult to sleep. I've seen better plates, cups & cooking utensils at a second hand dealer. Marks on the blankets that were dark red?? What architraves were there were badly chewed/damaged & falling off. One toilet roll for 3 people for 3 nights?? Lucky you left tissues!
