Place was nice and clean, you guys can do better with the pillows and tv it’s to small for a hotel room. Also staff in front can be nicer, plus most of the hotels have breakfast included... that was disappointed

Very poor service from Paulina Velarde Martinez (Receptionist Manager). I did an agreement with her in advance to be pick up at the airport in Guadalajara Friday October 11, 2019 at 12:09 AM. Nobody was there! When I finally met her (two days later) she was very unprofessional and rude! Suggesting whatever it went wrong for my transportation service it was someone else’s fault! Then, at the first morning we went for breakfast and there was Francisco (waiter) who wasn’t attentive to customer needs! However, there was a Lady, Lilian, who was kind and attentive. Finally, Mr. Armando Allende Pantoja, Food and Beverage Manager, kindly addressed me and very professionally apologized for the inconvenience from the restaurant service. However, Ms. Velarde Martinez never look to address me until and by me approaching the front desk that’s where I met her. Very disappointed at this hotel! Will never use it again.
