Enjoy stepping into the beautiful warm turquoise waters of Hoopers Bay directly from your back door where you will find colourful fish, sea fans and an abundance of other marine life ready to dazzle you. Two stand up paddle boards are provided for you to explore Hoopers Bay, Turtle Beach and swim with the turtles.
The home sits on a small private lane off Queens Highway on 0.75 acres, is 90 feet from the shoreline and has many outdoor places to entertain and relax at the seaside. There is a large deck off the great room under a canopy of trees providing shade all day where you can grill out, dine and relax, or follow the wooden paths to the dock, gazebo and boardwalk along the shoreline. Stop along the way to gently swing in hammocks under the Gumbo Limbo trees. Enjoy laying on sun loungers on our sandy "beach" pit or have some fun playing cornhole while taking in the breathtaking view.
In the evening, enjoy sitting under the twinkling lights of the waterside gazebo and gaze at the amazing stars that fill the sky here in Exuma.
There is a bright and sunny courtyard at the front entry where you can relax in Adirondack chairs and enjoy the peace and tranquility of palms blowing in the wind, birds and beautiful vibrant colored tropical flowering plants of Exuma.
The house is a modern design with 13 ft ceilings and a great room with a full wall of glass offering a breathtaking view like none other. The kitchen with large island, dining room and living room with 65' TV comprise the great room. The home has a split floor plan design, with the owner's suite on one end of the home. The owner's bedroom has three 8’ high sliding glass doors proving a beautiful view of the water and leads to a private deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee in Adirondack chairs looking out at the water. It has a king size bed, a 50" Smart TV and large desk. The owner's suite also includes a walk in closet and beautiful ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and extra large doorless shower. Separate from the owner's suite and on the other end of the house, there are 2 bedrooms and a full guest bathroom. One bedroom is seaside and has 2 extra long twin beds which can be easily converted to a king size bed, also with three 8’ high sliding glass doors that open onto a private deck. The 3rd bedroom has a garden view on 3 sides with a patio door that leads you to the garden and water's edge. It has a queen size bed and an extra long twin bunk bed. The couch in the great room converts to a double bed. The maximum occupancy is 8, which can be divided comfortably among the 4 sleeping spaces.
Take advantage of a private hot and cold tap outdoor shower to freshen up after a swim in the ocean.
The house is in an ideal location to take in all the unique activities the Exumas has to offer....

We are one of just a few homes on the island with Fibre internet providing the best quality Internet available on the island. There is wifi as well as a hardwired connection at the owner's bedroom desk if required.
Please keep in mind that Exuma is an out island of the Bahamas and as such does experience power outages. They usually last less than an hour and can be taken advantage of by lighting a lantern and taking part in fun family activities not requiring electricity.
Games and books are provided for some fun indoors as well.
