It was our second time to stay there. The room was clean, having enough space to hold entire family. Only one issue, there is a jacuzzi which our kids love. When we turned on the jets, the black slimy molds were spread out in the water:( This time we didn’t have a time to change the room so we just gave it up. Except for that, the stay was perfect!

ショッピングモールが徒歩圏内にあり、ディズニーやレストランも近く立地はかなり良いです。またフロントスタッフも親切です。お部屋はマンションのような作りになっておりキッチンにお皿やカップも備わっており、部屋も広く使いやすいのですが、電化製品が古くベッドルームのテレビはブラウン管、シャワーベッドと、乾燥機が壊れていたので修理を依頼すると当日中で直してくれたのですが、普段お部屋のチェックがされてない感があったなで、ベッドルームにあるジェットバスには入りませんでした。3泊4日の滞在でしたが、ハウスキーピングは追加料金が発生する上に前日までの予約が無ければやらないそうです。シンクの穴からアリが毎日出てきて清潔感はありませんでした。以前にこちらのホテルから5分圏内のシェラトンにほぼ同額の料金で宿泊しましたが、どちらかで悩まれてるのならシェラトンへのステイをお勧めします。

Quick 2 night stay, didn't have time to check out the pool which I really wanted to. The hotel family room was nice. All amenities to having a family stay with kitchen and all. I didn't care for that you had to pay extra to get room cleaned. Lots of close places which was really nice. Sofa coach was definitely not comfortable and our spa tub didn't work. Other than that the place was super nice.

It was so nice and clean ! And would recommend it’s so close to Disney World & free shuttle to it and universal studios absolutely love this place !

Great hotel with very large and comfortable rooms. Easily accessible and free parking
