A great facility in a great location. Walking distance to some cellar doors and eateries. Well presented with an abundance of facilities including an on site cafe, pool, and bbq area. We will happily stay here again.

A studio apartment sharing wall with another studio. Noise didn't travel so all good. Well cleaned and friendly staff who responded to our request promptly. Will stay there again.

The room was very clean, and well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities. The bed was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful as were the staff in the cafe. I would recommend Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill to anyone travelling to the Hunter.

Accommodation blocks consists of 2 adjoining rooms only so very quiet. Great location with plenty of space. Breakfast was yummy.

Nice spot. Clean room but in need of an upgrade and repairs especially in the bathroom.

On arrival, tired and weary, while checking in, I asked for a map of the local area attractions (something which every accom provider should always have at hand) - was told "its on the internet". So this was a really bad start and all my interactions with this premises were then colored by this dismissive generalized statement of the obvious. Another reception staffer overheard my request and offered me a map. So here is my review. Room (60) was ok booked a king superior but it was a queen bed. Cleanliness was good. Most things worked - doors, keys, locks, most taps and drains, tv, ac, remote controls, most lights, fridge, kettle,iron, board, furniture. Site is great, nice grounds, plenty of parking, lawns, trees, privacy is good, all reasonably well kept. Location is excellent. Negatives - 1 imbecibile at reception, 1 bedside lamp missing a globe. Shower constantly pulsing with hot and cold water - this was the main reason for the lower grading. Also the lighting in the room was very inadequate, It is as small room but it had just one downlight in the centre over the bed. No light over the sink/bench and none over the table. Light in bathroom was good. Cafe is excellent. Great Food and service. Although it was understaffed on Mon morning - one girl doing orders and coffee one her own - she was wonderful but it is not nice to see someone virtually running to tables and sweating to meeting all customers' requests. Our coffee arrived after we had finished our meal.
