Great establishment!! Recommend 110%!!

Very very accommodating. My room was great. I needed a lot of extras, wine glasses, etc. and room keys left at front desk for my clients. The whole weekend went very very smooth for me due to their accommodating my unique requests. I had to make alternative plans for my business trip due to Covid and it all went very smooth. No decent food available on site. I do understand that. But it sure would be nice to get room service again soon.

Desk clerk, Sultan, was rude from the get go. Cannot explain it. The place was not busy but she acted like our arrival was just too much trouble. At the end of checking in I asked if the pool would be open at all and she said very clearly “yes it’s open”. We took our 2 toddler grandsons to the Pool, all excited, only to discover it was closed. When I checked in for both my husband and our son’s family she demanded ID and wouldn’t let me check my son in. We have stayed there before with excellent service. Never again.

Our stay was great! Hotel staff was friendly, JT allowed us to check in early! Hotel was clean, and bed was comfortable! This hotel was in a great location, most of the things we wanted to do were in walking distance. Most things were under a mile away

The room was very nice, I liked how to fridge was hidden in the cabinet. However, there was no microwave in our room and there was a loud buzzing noise maybe from the fridge or maybe it was just our room. Other than that very comfy and clean.

Everything was awesome as in times before however not having the restaurant open was very taxing as the better half has food allergies and the minimal options forced her to go elsewhere which did not happen since she had to stay onsite during the dance competition they attended. Other than that the hotel was awesome as always.

I've stayed at this hotel before and like staying here. In my reservation, I requested an upper level room. I'm trying out my new Hotels.com Gold rewards membership which indicates that I would get free upgrades. The hotel seemed empty because of COVID so I thought the upgrade to a higher level in the hotel would be granted. When I checked in, it is if no one read the request I made on line when I made the reservation. I as given a room closest to the elevator on the lowest level there is for hotel rooms (just above the conference facilities). A bit disappointed. I really like this hotel but thought a bit petty not to provide room at upper level (when Hotels.com Gold rewards indicated such) and hotel feels literally empty.

Our stay in Denver was perfect. This hotel is in exact location of everything we needed to access. Great staff, great vibes, great location!
