Driving distance: SJO 1:00 hr - La Fortuna 1:25 hr.
It is a quiet place that invites you to relax in an area surrounded by dairy farms with incredible views.
The house is fully equipped to be enjoyed.

This place is unique as it stands out from any other building in the area for its elegant design and interior designs with international influences.
The rooms of the house have a private bathroom each, the master bedroom has a huge king-size bed and a walk in closet. The secondary bedroom features a queen bed and a dedicated work space.
The house is on two levels, you enter through the roofed garage level which leads directly to the bedrooms and another work space where you have a view to the level below.
Going down the stairs you find the room with a beautiful elevated wood-burning fireplace where you can generate heat during cold nights or cook marshmallows with the family.
If you are a fan of cooking, you will love the kitchen with the best appliances, black granite countertops, a beautiful breakfast bar, and all the necessary utensils to bring your creations to life.
Finally, the terrace, the best place to share with your friends and family. It has comfortable armchairs to contemplate the view of the mountains, a floor veneered with natural rocks, a beautiful guanacaste tree wood table and a charbroil gas grill. If you need to go to the bathroom while you are on the terrace, you can access the third bathroom located on the first floor.

In order to access the house, you will inform the host of the arrival time to open the electric gate and give you the keys as well as a tour of the house and guaranteeing that all your doubts will be answered.
