部屋の設備、清潔感申し分なし。朝食は淡泊ですが、総合的に大満足です。

The shower is weak.

広々としていて清潔感のある部屋でした。ロビーも広々としています。無料の朝食はアメリカとしては普通の範囲かと思います。 ユニオンステーションからも歩ける範囲です。大きなスーツケースを持っていると大変かもしれませんが。２ブロックぐらいでモールに出られて、そこを無料トラムが通っていますから移動も快適。観光スポットも歩ける範囲に複数あります。 サービスもフレンドリーかつ丁寧で、快適に過ごせました。

The hotel was in a great location with free parking garage which is amazing! The room was very spacious, comfy and clean. We were told there was breakfast included and would be served in the dining room which is a big reason why we stayed here but when coming down to eat one morning we were handed a bag with a mini water, a mini muffin and a mini bar when asking where breakfast was served. The hallways were also very messy on our floor. There were cleaning stations left in the halls all day and night and garbage littering our hall.

Everything was great except there was no free parking it was pricey

pros: Kind staff, affordable price, great location cons: Some silverware needed to be washed more carefully: they had dust and dirt on their surface as if they haven't got cleaned for more than several months. The room was cold. I set the temperature at 75F and the heater started working with big noise. But it didn't make the room warm enough. (Later I set it at 78F but nothing changed) As the bedding wasn't enough to sleep in the cold room, I had to bring my blanket from my car. When I left my hands out of the blanket in the room, soon I felt cold and put them under the blanket again. My husband's metal watch was like ice when he tried to wear it in the morning. I put some water bottles on the table as I wanted to drink room temperature water, but it was quite cold when I tried to drink it. And do not expect any 'view'. My room was on the 15th floor, the highest floor, but all the tall buildings blocked the view.

Super disappointed! The couch was broken, you could not sit on it. Illegal items wete left in plain site from the previous occupant (says a lot about the cleaning). The reservation included breakfast, we were given a banana and a granola bar (i get Covid restrictions, but that is not a gran and go breakfast!) and the hotel refused to honor the parking included in our package. So we had to pay extra for parking and for breakfast. It also advertised a restraunt and bar there were none (not even a closed one) Look elsewhere!

Our stay was very good, I travel frequently yo Denver for weekend getaways and never new about this hidden gem in the downtown area!! With many choices in the downtown area this will be one of my go to destinations. The only issue encountered was the parking was very difficult based on the directions from the front desk, I am a guy and after two rights and a few lefts my eyes glazed over!! Maybe a simple map would be a fix. Great stay over all!!

Convenient downtown location - if that’s where you need to be. Breakfast was not nice because of COVID - a tiny muffin, a small cup of yoghurt (no spoon), and a mini bottle of water - pathetic really.
