Excellent food, friendly staff, happy kids! What more could you hope for?

It has extensive facilities, spacious rooms & was of a high standard. On the downside, only one of the smaller pools is heated, but this might not be a problem if you go in the height of summer (our trip was in April so the pools were too cold to swim in). We did have to queue at the restaurant for breakfast & dinner, this must be managed differently during busy periods. Overall a lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly & attentive & the entertainment team worked tirelessly. I would go back to this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the Zafiro Bahía. The reception and pool areas are really lovely, as was the restaurant and food! Check in was great, although it would’ve been nice to have been told where the activities were taking place, as we were only told when they were on. It was a shame we had to rent a cot, safe and baby bath, you’d have thought in a family hotel they would have been included. We stayed in a Royal Terrace Apartment, which had lovey views out to sea and the pool, the rooftop terrace was lovely. It would have been great to see a stair gate in the apartment too, as the stairs leading up to the terrace were inside, so easily accessible (and steep!) to a toddler. I’m glad we weren’t self catering as I think the accessories in the kitchenette were a little basic, but overall the apartment was nice - though I would say starting to be due a bit of a refurb and paint job, just to bring it up to top notch standards. The apartment was cleaned daily, which was adequate. The food for an all inclusive hotel of this size was great! Plastic bowls, cups & cutlery for the children with a standard mix of pastas and pizzas for them, and then roasted meats and fish and paella for us - we didn’t have a meal that we didn’t enjoy! I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone travelling without kids, it’s just so popular with families, it’s not the same type of relaxing as for those without children! The beach is perfect for littleuns too!

Great hotel with friendly staff and good facilities and right on the beach.

Foods was good in all inclusive standard. Staffs are friendly and professional. Very close the beach. Our hot tub room is nice, my 1.5 years old son loves it. However pools were cold even they claimed it was heated. My son couldn’t play there luckily we rented a room with hot tub. Too many disposable cup were used. Noise if your room facing the main pool area Air con is control by the hotel. The hotel decided if guess need heating or air con

The best thing about this place is the staff. The hotel is mediocre by all standards. Firstly the hotel in itself looks good. Smaller than the photos let on a Fb it really a resort. The pools look good but that’s as far as it goes! The pools are not useable because they are freezing, not heated even the slightest! My 2yr old refused to go in the whole time as it was far too cold. The rooms are cleaned to such basic standards, I had to call down to ask for or bin to be emptied! The whole system of changing pool towels on certain days is ridiculous! I couldn’t wait to get back from this holiday, I was far from impressed and mostly because it’s really not the standard of holiday we are used to. We found other guests to be quite hostile and unwilling to socialise or even talk! I wouldn’t go back to this resort nor will I be recommending it. The food, drinks and and look are fine, it’s more about the small details like not heating pools, other guests quite hostile, no room service, things not working in the rooms, the cleaning service.

Really enjoyed our Easter break here, nice pools (one heated others not) and indoor pool too, great apartment room for family of four, restaurant buffet bit expensive but lots of choice, great beach and forest walk nearby, we hired a car to explore which was easy, would recommend,

We stayed in a Royal Terrace room and the additional space that provided as well as the jacuzzi were worth it with the pools not being heated when we were there in April. The hotel has everything you could need on site, a walkway directly to the beach and it’s only a short drive to Alcudia or Pollenca. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a brilliant 10 days in this hotel. Good location, right on the beach. We had half board, food was amazing, staff good too, although reception didn't give us much information when we checked in, not even card for the electric, info about kids club and local attractions. We did exploring ourselves.Rooms were brill, highly recommend this hotel.
