The house is located on the 4th and top floor of an apartment building 10 minutes walk from the city center on the west side of Rethymnon city.

The main urban and interurban bus station of Rethymnon is located 5 minutes walk from the house and you can park your car for free on the road below the house.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 on the first level and two on the second level.

It also has a large living room with fireplace on the first level and a smaller one on the second level, dining room, separate fully equipped kitchen and 4 bathrooms.

Large terrace with unobstructed views of the sea and the castle of Fortezza on the north side of the first level of the house with terrace lounge and table with outdoor chairs.

Koumbe beach is located about 500 meters where Koumbe beach is a sandy beach, which has been honored many times with the blue flag.
