Extremely friendly and personable front desk experience. The ice machine is in a closet and the overhead light is burned out so difficult to see at night. No ice scoop. Walls are extremely thin. I could hear my next door neighbors talk, walk and have sex. Twice.

Great location, clean room, friendly staff, that's all we needed! I will recommend this place to my friends.

Love staying at the Eagle Motel when im in Manitou Springs Colorado. The couple that owns this place are sweetheart. This place is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. I have stayed at the Eagle Motel three times. You can walk to Manitou Springs town its only 1/2 a mile. So much shopping to do in that little town.

Very clean and convenient. Very rustic. Quite. Everything that I needed.

It was ok. No breakfast at all and carpet was stained pretty bad.

Room was standard for a motel, the location was nice if you planned to drive to the center— if not it's a bit more of a walk (than we expected). Our AC was separate in another room which didn't allow much airflow. Good if you need a place to stay, but not for days in a row.

Owner, managment very friendly welcoming. Walking distance to downtown Manitou. Beds were comfortable. Only issue was the wifi worked great for first night. Did mention to front dest they just me the 2 options for sign in. STILL didnt connect. If your okay without having wifi i would definitely reccomend for the price of stay.
