Great hotel. Very clean. Excellent customer service. Very good restaurants and not very expensive. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property with lovely, well equipped rooms. Check in /out, staff and amenities were excellent. My one issue was that there was an extra $6 fee to use the gym. I would prefer if they just add this usage fee to the main price as it cheapens the feel of the resort when you get shaken down to pay as you enter the gym area.

Convenient to restaurants in town. Shuttle service was excellent. Ask about it when you check in, another guest told us about it. Convenience store on property for groceries.

Great location to SXM and plenty to do on the resort; the rooms were nice and clean, comfortable beds.

Staff was generally very nice. Exterior facilities in great shape & meticulously maintained. Very nice beach and pools. Furnishings inside units somewhat dated, especially kitchen. Great water pressure and A/C. Nice to have overstocked towels, as housekeeping tends to run late into the afternoon (4 PM+). The Deli/Convenience store was handy and not terribly overpriced. Great and ample covered parking. It’s not a five-star experience, but we would go back & recommend it to others.

Nice resort but you show picture of property by ocean but we get room up the hill in first floor (basement) with 10 foot wall right in front of our room. The worst room location on entire property.

An impressive, well run resort with several decent restaurants and a short walk from the town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Great views of the sunset. Our only criticism is that the room was not cleaned until mid to late afternoon when we would have liked to used it and the balcony.

Wonderful stay. Walkable to town but away from it all.
