We got there at three thirty. I called and he told me we could come in. He had a room on the first floor. I said "great" because my husband is handicapped. As it turns out, we had to take the elevator because the ground floor is the second floor. And then, he gave us a room on the other end of the elevator, a long walk to the room. I went back and tried to have him give us a room closer to the elevator. without hesitating, NO. The hotel was fully booked.
One a separate issue, the mattresses were too soft, uncomfortable. Next time we will go elsewhere.
