最初は見つけるのがちょっと難しいかもしれませんが、ユニオン駅から徒歩圏内(10分以内)で、地下鉄king駅はすぐそばにあります。周囲にはドラッグストアもあるので便利で、立地条件は非常にいいです。チェックインもスムースでフロントの方も優しかったです。お部屋は広くて綺麗でした。アメニティは歯ブラシ以外揃ってました。清潔感があり、清掃も行き届いており気持ちよかったです。タオルの交換がしっかりしていれば言うことなし。朝食も無料の割には充実していました。waiterのお姉さんも優しく笑顔で接してくれました。部屋には台所があるので、長期滞在や家族旅行にもいいでしょう。コスパは最高でしょう。

Service was great!

Horrible stay. Let’s start off with the TV remotes do not work, bed was extremely uncomfortable including the pull out sofa bed. The duvet didn’t even have a cover on it. My key cards did not work after 2 hours. I called guest services 4 times for clean sheets. Called another 2 times just to bring the right remote for the TV. Also there was a dirty hand print on the wall above the bed.

Hotel staff told me upon arrival my room was not safe to be occupied due to electrical faults. She offered a downgraded room. Very disappointing.

Very didsaponting stay. Lots of noise sadly in our room, not very clean despite covid regulations and what you would expect to have to be beyond clean given the circumstances. Very disappointed by my stay here and would not recommend it after my experience. I was told I was given an upgrade as well which made it worse

Just save your money and don’t go here. No parking nearby , unfriendly staff and a hotel room with dirty sheets

The good: The room was large accommodating a bedroom, kitchenette, washroom and closet space. The bad: The ventilation was very poor. I had trouble breathing comfortably. Room was dusty. Congested. As if the air filter hadnlt been cleaned in a few years. Also, poor job in cleaning. In addition to dusty spots across the room, one of the kitchen cupboard had leftover food from previous clients. While that in itself isn't an issue, it makes me question the meticulousness of cleaning overall. Understanding Covid is a thing.. the kitchenette may as well not be there as it was lacking any semblance of functionality due to lack of cutlery, kettle, dishes, etc. The mattress also had a slump. Wasn't very relaxing.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan Toronto, particularly after spending lots of time & energy trying to find the perfect fit for my overnight stay with my boyfriend. To my surprise, they had no amenities or services, whatsoever; not even the movie channel or proper cable television! Also, the apartment-style "suite" that we stayed in was basic & bare, and was not properly cleaned or outfitted. The manager was very nice, and offered us a 20% discount on our stay, which was definitely indicated & appreciated! Overall, our stay was fairly disappointing.
