Found a cockroach in our room, the staff told us this was normal. Rented a car from the hotel and a staff had taken my phone number and credit card information from my file and used it to message me on what’s app instead of contacting me in a professional way through phone or email. Beautiful views but would not return to this hotel.

Although the hotel was beautiful with amazing views of the ocean, some of the staff was not friendly.

The hotel's pool is the best on the island and offers amazing views of the ocean. It is a small island so the location is quite convenient to all the main attractions. One thing I would mention is how expensive the taxis are but the hotel itself is an amazing property!

Excellent hotel with beautiful pool next to ocean. No beach access but hotel makes it up with the view and services. Beaches are nearby.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My room was great and had a nice view. I lucked out and got a complimentary room upgrade which was great. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Really grew on us over our stay as service and environment was so good. Initial impression was just fair as first room we saw was a little "dungeon" like. Food was amazing, even for a place so well known for great cuisine.
