We booked a regular king size room way in advance of our stay but were given an accessible room when we arrived. When asking for a regular room, we were told they were all booked up and couldn’t switch us. The accessible bathroom was unacceptable for anyone. There was only a sink sticking out of the wall with absolutely no counter space anywhere. Anything you tried to lay on the corner of the sink rolled into the sink. I had to balance my makeup bag on the towel rack. There was one very small and skinny glass shelf that was basically useless. Whatever you set on there could roll off either side of the shelf and break on the tile floor. The shower curtain was not long enough for the accessible shower so water sprayed everywhere. However, the room and hotel itself were nice and quaint. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful that it was included! The service was terrific and location was good. I think it would’ve been an A+ if we hadn’t been given the wrong room and had to struggle with getting ready everyday.
