Very comfy bed, clean rooms and nice restaurant offered in the hotel, the only problem is the night when we stayed there was noisy crowd nearby at late night, but that was nothing to do with the hotel.

The service attendant Alberto was just amazing he went above and beyond To help us .the hotel is a 5star hotel the breakfast was amazing it was just a wonderful experience

This hotel was amazing, the staff weer very friendly and helpful. The rooms were excellent and the prices in tbe bar were very reasonable for a hotel in a large city.

the bed was a little bit to hard, plus there could be better coffee and tea facilities and more English channels.

Lovely hotel located not to far from the beach. Being able to use the spa free of charge was a bonus and much needed after a full day of exploring the city

Overall good experience. However the wi-fi was dreadful. The spa facilities are nice but very small and the kids are only allowed in until 1pm, which can be a nuisance. I wish i knew about this rule before making the booking...

Had items taken from our hotel bedroom and reception did not want to know. Everything else was OK

Good location - excellent service and good breakfast

Position of the hotel is not very nice, many car services are around the hotel. If the staff at the Reception was very friendly and helpful, the ones at the restaurant always had something to say. The lack of coffee or juice is common for the restaurant and the wavering of the waiters should give some thought to those in the hotel management.

Hotel excellent in every way UK newspaper/ news channel would have been appreciated
