We loved staying at this Hotel. The staff throughout were very pleasant and helpful. The room and facilities were very good. The breakfast was superb. The Hotel was within walking distance of the Ferry and all the shops bar's and restaurants. Nearby parking. We will definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Direkt an der Promenade in Douglas. Es ist gut mit dem öffentlichen Bus vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen. Das gebuchte Zimmer war top und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast is superb with a huge selection from the menu and buffet. The location is ideal and easy to get to anywhere in Douglas. The views are magnificent. There are a number of rooms without sea view and frosted windows but the rest of the experience overcomes this. Highly recommend

The Claremont experience is exceptional, from the moment you enter the hotel, to the moment you leave. The hotel is well located, but it is the team that deliver a service which is hard to beat. The house keeping, breakfast, dinner and bar service is not just professional, it is delivered by a team of very polite and friendly people and it is always a pleasure to see them again and again. Our room was very well attended to on a daily basis and the Claremont house keeping service is the best we have ever experienced, with both a morning and night time visit. We have stayed at The Claremont many times and the service quality is always consistently high, within a very well managed hotel. This was our fifth visit to The Claremont in fifteen months and I urge hotels.com/Expedia to continue the service with the best hotel on the island.

A great hotel right in the centre of Douglas. This is our third time in this hotel and every room we have had had been very clean and comfortable. There is a wide selection for breakfast whether a continental choice or a hot choice from the main menu. And what really makes this hotel it is the staff. Everyone we came across have been courteous, helpful and efficient
