駅から近く、とても便利でした。フロントの方も親切で安心して宿泊できました。

駅に至近で、２４時間英語での対応が可能なフロントがあり、大変便利。部屋は比較的広く清潔で快適。防音は完全だが、トラムの通過による振動が時々あるのが、唯一の欠点。

駅から直ぐにわかります。旧市街にも近いです。ビジネスホテルで、お部屋は狭いですが、設備は充実しており、清潔で、充分満足です。リクエストした裏側の静かなお部屋を用意してくれていました。メロンを食べるのに、お皿、ナイフ、フォークを用意してくれました。2泊予約していたので、我慢するような部屋だったらどうしようと不安でしたが、値段相応で、満足のいく内容でした。スタッフの人たちも親切でした。

Very good staff, clean hotel but all based on a lie, the swimming pool and sauna is in another hotel while the picture showed them into the hotel you book. Added to that, the hotel with the swimming pool and spa is of lower ranking!!!

it was a rare treat to get such a lovely QUIET room when booking through a hotel discounter! it was very comfortable and smelled clean and new. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I reserved a parking space and they let me leave it there the next day when I had to work. exceptional. walking distance to town.

Great location, nice feel, modern with character of original. Breakfast not worth the money!

The beds, pillows, and linens are very comfortable. The staff is wonderful and very helpful in placing restaurant reservations. Breakfast includes fresh squeezed orange juice!

The hotel has a very convenient location near the train station. Amazingly, a very quiet room was available. The room itself is very good, with extremely comfortable beds. The lobby could use some update, and there's no elevator from the lobby to the first floor (elevator available to higher floors). Breakfast very expensive, I thought, but otherwise this is an excellent place to stay.

Super convenient to train, bus and tram. Easy walk to old town and most of the historic attractions. Large room, bed and bathroom. Only downside is or lighting in room and sunshine in bathroom!

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a handicapped room which turned out to be relatively bigger than the standard rooms. I like the hotel’s push towards reducing waste by supplying soap and bath gel dispensers (instead of the small bottles); however, I would not call this a negative, but, more of an interesting piece of information: We tried to follow the rule about leaving towels on the rack if you want to reuse it, but, the housekeeper changed them twice in a row.
