The hotel was great. We had a room right outside of the elevator so it was a little loud, but not unbearable. We had also booked 2 rooms and would really have liked them to be closer together. We would stay there again.

Customer service and housekeeping are amazing!!! Keep up the good work. I have no complaints I just wish their was a stove top that’s all.

We liked the room size, and it was clean. The rest of the stay wasn’t impressive. No hot breakfast, the pool area was dirty and the door to it was majorly rusting. For some reason our room was never cleaned or towels replaced during our stay. We had an issue with the toilet and were told we had to go get the plunger ourselves. We had to call at two AM for loud neighbors. We were also charged with a surprise “incidentals” fee when we checked in that travelocity did not include.

The rooms were very clean but they didn't offer the hot breakfast they promised online. I noticed flies around the eating area meaning they didn't clean as they should. I was very disappointed in their substitute breakfast.

This hotel only offers double beds in their double bed rooms. These beds are small and hard. These rooms are not cleaned appropriately and we moved rooms twice during our two day stay. The first room, the phone was sticky, the tub was clogged, the shower was stuck, the linens for the pull out couch was disgusting. The second room was covered in ants and then I noticed ants in the elevator corridor. Really concerns me for how the kitchen looks for the breakfast they offer. The hotel is real run down.

We liked the convenience located to the mall and various places to eat. It is much nicer staying in Concord than it is nearer to the UNC-Charlotte.

We were not notified until the day we were scheduled to stay that this hotel was not pet friendly even though it was listed as pet friendly. We had booked our rooms a week before. This put us in a bind trying to find a new hotel that was pet friendly. It’s been 4 days and we still haven’t received our refund from them cancelling our reservation.
