Where to start? In no particular order... The front desk clerk and hotel/airport shuttle driver are one in the same. If you arrive to the hotel as the shuttle is leaving, plan to be greeted by an "I'll be right back" sign at the front desk. If you call the front desk during an airport shuttle run, you'll get voice-mail. At 11 a.m. or so, one morning as I was working in my room, I heard loud knocking and yelling, "You need to get out nows I can clean the room or else pay for an extra night!" Ten minutes followed with pounding and kicking of the door with the hotel manager (not on an airport run) yelling with F bombs and threatening violence if the guests didn't vacate. More silence. Ten minutes later, more knocking. This time with a nightstick as the police were apparently far more compelling than hotel staff. Blessed silence again. The TV in my room prominently boasted "Built-in Chromecast inside!" A nice feature, I thought, until in the middle of watching the evening news, my TV picked up another guest's "cast". I wasn't sure what was happening. At first I thought it might be a commercial until I watched whoever log into a PornHub account searching for "bad girls". I turned off the TV. This happened three times. I stayed for 3 nights. I never received and maid service despite requesting such specifically to the hotel manager. The mattress was nice. The room was clean. The water was hot.

I had a very quick change of plans in where I was flying out of go to California. I reserve this hotel was amazed with how nice everyone was and how clean it was! Kudos!!

Hotel was nice overall. Parking lot was needing work and at the time was in the middle of some kind of digging. Was not a big deal but the lot needed resurfacing.

very good value - 5 minutes from airport .. older hotel but excellent beds -- pillows are pretty soft though -- really clean ... not much around there at all for food though so keep that in mind ...

I stayed 2 nights here, free pick up from airport. Trip was maybe 5 minutes away. Becky the driver and receptionist treated me like family, that was nice, as well as the morning gentleman in reception early morning. Theres a free breakfast but I never got up for it so I can't comment on it. But rooms were huge! 50 inch tv with cable (no netflix or youtube if I have to find a complaint). It was amazing have a microwave, sink, refrigerator for food and a living room separate from bedroom. Had a small apartment feel. The room was quiet. The price was better than smaller rooms in surrounding hotels and felt more clean and contemporary without the old motel look. I would definitely stay here again. Too bad Kansas City downtown is so far from the hotel, but great if you need stay by airport.

Everything was good with check in and the room was great. Ample parking and good amenities. Unfortunately the WiFi was messed up last night but was fine this morning. The desk helped me out with printing last night, so that was very helpful. Covid restrictions made the breakfast part non existent. I would give them a 9 out of 10

I noticed in the hallway that it smelled like mold. Entering my room the overwhelming mold choked me. It seemed to be coming from around the ac unit. I turned off the heating/cooling and slept in my n95 mask. Sheets and pillows felt damp and water was collecting on the inside of the window. I decided to diffuse some oils to cover up the stank and try to keep my immune system up and all night the air was so heavy that the water level in the diffuser never went down at all. I’ve never seen so much moisture indoors ever in my life. I felt like I was in a swimming pool. I forfeited a second night I’d already paid for just to stay the hell away from this place. It should be shut down and properly addressed by a hazmat team. All the staff ever says in online complaints (which I found later) or my in-person complaint is “you should have said something last night and I could have done something about it.” What does that even mean? I didn’t take the mold with me. It’s still there. It still needs immediate attention.

Very clean. Disappointed with the breakfast. Very little packaged choice.

Hotel was in need up an upgrade. Room smelt like an old house! Shower and different things in the room were dirty.
