Upon arrival I tried to ask a question and the comment was "In a minute, not now, in a very rude tone". I found that some staff were rude and condescending.
When I called for room service I was rudely told that my level of room didn't qualify for room service. This was never mentioned when booking the room or I might have booked a more expensive room as we enjoy room service in the mornings when we travel.
There was absolutely no information provided about the resort in our room or anywhere else, other than a small map of the property. Information regarding the different dining options, planned activities or entertainment during our stay would have been very helpful.
Our first morning at breakfast we waited well over an hour for our meal.
When we booked a tour the person booking it for us would immediately stop what she was doing for us, to answer the phone . She never even said excuse me for a minute or anything just cut off our conversation to answer the phone, this happened multiple times. It took way longer than it should have due to all of these interruptions. Good customer service would have been to finish working with the customer standing in front of you before dealing with the phone.
The HVAC only had three settings, cold, colder and freezing.
The good was that the food was delicious (if you didn't mind waiting), the majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful,and the resort was exceptionally well maintained
