The studio behind the home is perfect for a couple or the older members of the group. Both the studio and the main house feature central air conditioning and full kitchens. At the main house, enjoy unwinding together in your own screened-in porch or stick to the central air conditioning indoors. If you're coming from the beach, rinse off sand in the outdoor shower. Everyone can come together around the firepit at night, while the chef of the group cooks up something tasty on the private gas grill.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
