Gourmet Salmon Lodge was originally started as the River Fishing Club in 1909.
Gourmet Salmon Lodge is situated in Gaspé, Québec and offers you the opportunity to tangle with the king of fish on 4 miles of private and exclusive waters on the world-renowned York River.
Fishing
To access the Exclusive Salmon Pools will require us to provide a guide. Each guide can provide access to the pools for three (3) fisherman. The rate for access with the guide is $400 CAD per day.
York River Salmon
The Gourmet Salmon Lodge offers 4 miles of private waters on the York river. 19 pools — 4 pools holding fish all season accompanied by highly experienced guides with over 25 years experience.
Average fish size if between 10 to 35 lbs+
