This versatile holiday home is surrounded by beautiful nature on a plot sized about 30,000 m2.
It consists of two floors connected by external stairs. On the covered patio in the courtyard, which is closed with glass walls, you will also find a spa area with whirlpool on wood and sauna for six people, where you can relax. Next to it there is a barbecue with garden furniture, along with many entertaining contents for children and adults. From the main road to the property there is approx. 300 m of unpaved road.
Visit the Museum of Nikola Tesla in Gospić, the Plitvice Lakes National Park, the longest zip -line in Europe, the bear shelter in Kuterevo and the Cerovac Caves.
