ホテル ワイレア ルレ & シャトー- アダルト オンリー

ワイキキと違い、静かな環境でのんびりと過ごすことができました。特にこのホテルには小さな子供がいないので、レストランやプールサイドもとても静かです。 ホテルの共有部分は、センスの良い調度品でまとめられ、植物や小さな滝、小川と合わせて、ロマンチックな雰囲気を演出しています。特に夜のプールはライトアップされていて、とても良い雰囲気でした。 部屋は全てスイート仕様ですが、オーシャンビューの部屋は限られるので、ハネムーンなどの特別な目的であれば、オーシャンビューの2階の部屋をリクエストされることをオススメします。（ビーチには面していないので、高台から見下ろす感じになりますが、とても綺麗な景色を楽しめます）滞在中は毎日、水とホノルルクッキーとネスプレッソのカプセルが補充されました。 レストランの料理も美味しかったです。 また、日本人のコンシェルジュの方がいらっしゃるので、何でも相談にのってもらえます。 ハネムーンに最適なホテルで、このホテルを選んで本当に良かったと思います。

We absolutely loved this hotel for our honeymoon. They manage to strike the perfect balance of luxury and laid back. Everything seemed so well-curated. With the quality they have, you only need 1 bar (look for the lovebirds roosting at sunset!), 1 pool bar (ask for the off menu mai tai!), and 1 restaurant (potato rosti & avocado toast were amazing at breakfast)! James at the pool bar was great - both at making drinks and at entertaining his guests! We will be back, for SURE.

Hotel Wailea is a marvel - it is essentially a big beautiful garden, with great ocean views, with villas dotted in between. The rooms (all are suites) are spacious, luxurious, and comfortable. Will definitely be coming again.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and the property was stunning! I wasn’t very happy with the service - especially since we were staying there for the holiday! We asked to have thanksgiving dinner in the restaurant but they denied us (even though we were paying guests of the hotel) They said the restaurant was at full capacity. We understood (due to Covid-19 restrictions) We then asked them to maybe seat us in another part of the hotel and order food from the restaurant - but they denied us again. Our only option was to order “room service” for thanksgiving which consisted of bland and over priced fish tacos. They made no effort to help us celebrate the holiday. I would not spend the money to stay at this hotel again since they don’t particularly value their guests and accommodating them. Only part of this hotel that is redeeming is the birdcage lounge (though you can visit it even if you’re not a guest).

Great customer service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend.
