街の雰囲気にぴったりの素敵なホテルでした

最大のメリットはBoston common/parkから1block, 緑の道があるcommon wealth avenueに面しており、CopleyやPrudential centerまでも10分程度というlocationのよさです。都会の真ん中なのに非常に静か、建物は古いですが清潔で落ち着いて過ごすにはよいところと思います。 もともとは名門女子大同窓会のようなclubで、歴代のdirectorの写真が階段に並んでいて歴史と伝統を感じさせます。歴史的な建物なので歩くと軋むところはありますがエレベーターは静かに使えました。2階以上1フロアに4室あり、2室は広くbath roomあり、2室はshared bathという構造のようです。TVがない生活で静かに時間が過ごせました。24時間コーヒーやお湯が使える機械をつかえ、やいたクッキーもとってよいことになっていて(冷蔵庫の牛乳も自由)夜中に目覚めたときには助かりました。continental breakfastはこれにフルーツジュースゆで卵ヨーグルトとパンがつきます。朝食開始時間が7:30amと記載されていて、やや遅いですが、平日はhousemakingのstaffが7am前から準備してくれていました。

Relaxed comfort with small touches showing a good understanding of the needs of travellers

I traveled on business, and stayed at The College Club of Boston the beginning of November. Pros: the location was quite lovely, the facility was well cared for. Cons: (1) When they state that the breakfast is continental, think minimal. And don't count on it before 7:30 am. (2) I stayed in a single, as it was the only option available when I booked. I was on the 4th floor, and as such, there was no other room that I was supposed to be sharing the hallway bathroom with, yet multiple times a day I would start walking down the hallway to use the facilities, to note that someone was in there. (3) The Club is located in a residential neighborhood, so the lighting is not the greatest - which caused some concern when trying to indicate the location to a driver upon being dropped off. If I was traveling in Boston again, I would only consider staying here IF I could get a double, and packed breakfast in for myself accordingly.
