These two houses are located on a large plot of 20.000 m2, providing you with privacy, peace and quiet. Built with regional -specific architecture, the houses therefore have a low ceiling height in the upper floors. At the ground floor of the larger house you will find a large, covered terrace with a barbecue. During the hot summer days you can cool off in the swimming pool or take a swim in the nearby lake Ričice. Visit the Nikola Tesla museum in Gospić, NP Plitvička jezera, bear sanctuary in Kuterevo or the Cerovac caves.
