The Hotel was pretty nice. Our biggest issue was during checkin. First we got scolded by the parking attendant for parking at the main entrance for 10 minutes while we checked in. Then when we did get to our room it was the wrong room type. I went down to explain our issue and the man at the counter said there was nothing he could do. I had booked the Junior suite with a swim up room. They gave us a standard room about half the size. My partner came down the third time to speak in Spanish and after some harsh words we were finalloy given the correct room. No real explanation for the qwrong room. My thought was that they were trying to give me the lesser room so they could sell the better room to someone else. We hads issues with the air conditioner/heater. We had continuous issues with the internet conection. The front desk did not tell us about the towel cards. The front desk did not tell us about the other restaurant and how you need 24 hours to reserve a spot for dinner or breakfast. And when we did reserve a spot for breakfast at the front desk 24 hrs in advance, when we got there they said that they did not receive the notification. We started to complain because there was no one in the restaurant nad they said they could not serve us. We continued to complain and they finally served us. During the hour that we ate there were not more that 4 or 6 people that came there. So why could they not serve us. We will not stay there again.
