I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was filthy — the sheets looked used, the bathroom had black mold, and the sink wouldn’t drain. The bathtub curtain bar was falling off and the door handle was broken. The entire place felt worn down, unsanitary and unhealthy. When I spoke to the manager, he was rude and vulgar instead of trying to resolve the issue. I called Expedia, and a supervisor told me to check out early due to the poor conditions. ( I have pictures of the filth in that room and Expedia text agreeing to check out) Later, Expedia told me the hotel had blocked them and refused to issue a refund. I was still charged the full amount. This was a health hazard, and the service from both the hotel and Expedia was unacceptable.
