Evening front desk staff was unprofessional. Saw us standing there and didn’t acknowledge us. Hotel and room was dirty! Bathroom in room was dirty, NO toilet paper not even a toilet paper fixture. The room number was written in marker on masking tape on the front of the door. Carpet was Disgusting and we had to keep our shoes on the entire time. We purchased lysol and cleaned ourselves. No trash cans. Unacceptable.

No one was at front desk when we arrived. When she did come out she was on her phone and very rude. She offered no information about the hotel at all. The room looked as if it wasnot thoroughly cleaned. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling. Rust on the grab bars. Carpet well lets say don't walk on it without something on your feet. Coffee and bagged breakfast were not ready so we had to wait. Definitely not worth the $$$ spent!

Was a little disappointing that the hot tub wasn't working the pool was warm one day and cold the next day is having pool issues are there was a dirty bathtub and specially around the soap holder in the shower the website offer a complimentary breakfast when we got there it was brown paper bag of go back they call it they offered fruit and do not use GrubHub in that area to have food delivered to your hotel cuz they will just leave it outside and not tell you

no one to make even a grab and go breakfast which was advertised. the smell of curry was over powering and when we asked we was told the owner lives in that room in 207. they had a towel under door to cover it up. it did not. beds was comfortable. no parking we had to park in mall parking lot.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West 25105 Country Club Blvd, North Olmsted, OH 44070 Hotel James Ramos 2253 points 2 minutes ago The rooms are not all fixed. There is a stench in some rooms, they don't have a real shuttle service and there is no breakfast on the morning as advertised. The showers to me are very dangerous, especially tall men and also for small children. My sister's room the tv and the phone in the room was not working. I had other family that stayed with us in other rooms (4 rooms total) and each had an issue. To resolve thr stench smell they offered other rooms that had a stench to it or there was something wrong. To resolve my niece's room issue they offered to spray it with an industrial deoderizer when the room should either had the carpet removed or steam cleaned. The lobby attendants do not have uniforms and the lobby looked better than the rooms, the pool area the lounging chairs had a whole in it, the hot tub was not working. The manager was working in his street clothes and when I brought the issues to his attention he asked how I booked the rooms. Whether or not I used Expedia or another hotel booking site that offer lower rates should not matter, if this is the product or service that is already being offered why would I pay more sublevel service that I am already getting. You should offer the same high level of service to all your paying customers no matter what they paid or how and have pride in what you do and offer.

This stay was absolutely horrible. When i went to check in, they did not have a suite available despite my "guaranteed" booking. They ended up putting us in a room that had a stove and a full refrigerator which was odd...the toilet was absolutely disgusting. Had green poop or something in it and it was bordeline overflowing. There were pills on the floor. Some disgusting wax on the curtains. We had to wait like 45 min and got put in a different room that had blood on the pillow but was a lot cleaner. Turns out the front desk girl never checked us into the second room and the manager came banging on our door to make us come doen to check in. Then our keys wouldnt open our door and we had to go to laundry to have her open it since their key maker broke.

The guest relations was terrible. No breakfast as advertised. Just a brown sack with a fruit cup, juice box and muffin. Reserved a room for 4. And it was set up for 4. Only two sets of towels, no cups for coffee maker nor coffee. I was awaken at 6:35 am to a domestic dispute that lasted almost 15 minutes. Trash in the hallways

First room tv didn't work. They moved me, had room with 2 beds, one buckled when I sat on it. Since i was solo i didn't move. Advertised breakfast, not there, had grab bags, hot tub was out of order. Just overall not pleased.
