口コミを参考に2泊しました。 口コミどおり、ホテルのテラス・ベランダからのマッターホルンの 眺めは最高でした。 また、ハーフボード（1泊2泊）を利用しましたが、食事もおいしく 大変満足です。 従業員の皆さんも大変親切でした。 また利用したいです。

I had the most amazing stay at Parkhotel Beau Site in Zermatt! I was warmly greeted by Patrick at the front desk, whose customer service was outstanding! His warmth, and genuineness were very sincere, and he made me feel very welcome. The hotel is beautiful, with a gorgeous fireplace in the lobby. The spa was fantastic, and I decided to book another day as it was such a beautiful place to stay. I truly recommend this beautiful hotel in Zermatt!

Pros: the hotel is kept in excellent condition, the staff is very professional. Cons: I would confirm where your room will be located prior to check-in. We paid for a room in the newer section of the hotel with a Mountain view. Unfortunately, when we checked in, our room was located on the ground level (essentially the same level as the basement of the main building) located across from the ski room. This is the area where the shuttle drops people off throughout the day. You could hear them slamming the trunk door shut. Directly across from room 2 is where the ski room was located.As people were getting ready to go to the mountain, you would hear them. Your view is also impeded by the porch of the main hotel. So while we did get a room in the new section with a mountain view, it was misleading and put a damper on our arrival to Zermatt after 10 plus hours of travel. So if you book in the newer section, you don't want to be in any of the single digit rooms as they are on ground level. I voiced our frustration with the front desk, and they moved our room the next day once a better one became available. I'm grateful for that but we did just want to get settled into our room. I got the romantik package because I wanted to do something special for my fiance. I think it was the first time anyone got it so the staff was confused on what exactly came with it. I would skip it in the future. Lastly, the hot tub was not hot. Very disappointing after a day of skiing.

It was a wonderful stay. Hotel has it all. We loved the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bucket list to Ski Zermatt was great. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurants except for breakfast, which was great. The orange juice machine is so good, I’d like to have a smaller one at home. The male cook has a great personality. The massage was so good it made me question the place I go to back home.

Excellent friendly staff, the hotel is also in a great location.
