    清潔でフロントスタッフはフレンドリーで新設。シャワーには要注意。
    フロントスタッフはとても気さくでフレンドリー。対応も丁寧で交換が持てる。部屋が狭いのはパリの中心地でしかもこのクラスのホテルでは仕方がない。ただシャワールーを浴びるとドアの隙間から水がダダ漏れとなり、気づくとバスルームが水浸しになる。チェックインの際にもらう注意書きに「シャワーはブースの中で浴びること。設備を破損した場合は100ユーロと修理費用を請求する」と書いてあった意味がシャワーを浴びた後でわかることになる。実際はきちんとブース内でシャワーを浴びても水が漏れる。シャワーを浴びるたびにストレス極まりない。wifiは無料だが、自分のメールアドレスを1つしか登録できず、利用制限時間が切れるたびに登録しなおさないとならないのが面倒。ゆえにビジネス利用には向かない。

    a nice spot in Paris
    the hotel was clean and we'll kept the staff was friendly...the are is nice but touristy with good organic food nearby.....one issue (maybe hotels.com issue)..we decided to extend our stay for a few days the hotel quoted us a higher rate if €220...hotels quoted us $210..the original booking was with breakfast..upon checkout we were hit for €30 day for breakfast...hotels should be up front about extending..i am starting to think it is better not to extend as prices seem to increase.

    Privacy Violation, Blackmailing, misuse of CC info
    It is just a heads up how this visit went out of control, I am trying to be the most objective about this review that is long, but long story short, 2 seniors and a 45 year old responsible Woman, stayed at the Hotel for 4 nights with no issues and good experience, checking out personally paying off her bill. After Check out the Hotel unilaterally and arbitrary charged 450 Euros with no notice, nor agreement no nothing, blackmailing to report Passport to Police if dispute is taken, I have called the Hotel several times but Manager/ Director is never there or doesn't want to answer, has not responded my Emails neither, This was his arbitrary response to the fact that he will charge the CC no matter what and insulting his customer, obviously Management doesn't know about the Hospitality Service on the most visited City on the world "Response from the owner in the last week" Dear sir, I will make it simple, you have left the hotel a bit "like a thief", obviously without reporting to the front desk any trouble, or any of the items you broke. You have not said anything to anyone. So yes, you have broken the sofa bed as well as the coffee machine. And we have charged you for half of the cost of the broken items. Taking revenge by publishing angry reviews online will not change anything, we do not accept black mail, and do not charge guests for fantasy broken items. Above was the response to the manager to my review, calling us leaving the Hotel as Thieves

    Good but very small rooms
    The hotel is located in a great area, near The Opera, rooms are very small, we were a couple and almost didn't fit in the room.

    Very Helpful Staff
    We had a great trip to Paris and the hotel, which had been recommended , lived up to expectations. However, we were hardly in the room due to a very busy schedule! We would have liked to have our waters refilled in the fridge for the 2 nd night particularly as it was so warm. At check out, staff very helpful storing luggage and also one evening when our taxi was lost!!
