Great location & nice place!
This place was perfect for our 3 nights in Cleveland. The location was super convenient as we easily walked to the rocket mortgage arena and the rock & roll hall of fame. Lots of coffee shops & restaurants nearby, some local shopping, plus the fancy Heinens all within a short walk. The instructions to get in & check out were also excellent. The place was very clean & felt very safe & was totally quiet at night. Way quieter than your average hotel. It’s not a luxury place, I took one star off for comfort, but it’s an excellent value & exceeded my expectations. And the location is the best if you want to explore on foot.

Affordable room in a great location.
Check in instructions were great and easy, but the lighting on the lock boxes was not great. The room was clean and comfortable. The glasses and dishes were in the dishwasher and was not sure it they were clean or dirty, so we washed what we needed to use by hand. Also there was one large bath towel so one of used the smaller towel which was a little annoying. Other than that it was a great location and affordable and if you needed a home base for a couple of nights it is an ideal spot to stay.

Pros: Centrally located so shops and restaurants are walking distance. The loft is also big with a sizable kitchen. It had minimalist decor which I liked. Cons: Some areas were dirty like behind the toilet and between shower and toilet. The brita pitcher was dirty too. The way the unit was cleaned seems hurried so you can see spots were dirt accumulated. Also, when I picked up the key, the lockbox shell was already open and the code entered is correct. So I wonder about security. Someone could have gone into the unit even before I checked in. Lastly, the furnitures were wobbly, specifically the couch and coffee table. I actually texted the host about this but didn’t get a response. I almost fell when I leaned back at the couch. In my mind, that was really hazardous and if someone gets hurt, they can be liable.

Central and convenient
Communication with the people from FRONTDESK Lofts is excellent. Every question is answered accurately and fast. Detailed description about: how to find the building, get the key, get into the apartment etc. The apartment was quite big and good for two person. Equipped with: double bed, separate living area/TV, kitchen (unfortunately the pots and pans are not usable). The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave & dishwasher. Shower with toilet & storage room for wardrobe as well as vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board. The air conditioning works very well. The window does not open and you look out the back onto the backyard. When I entered the apartment, the bed was made and clean towels were also there. However, they forgot to clean the floor. Was glad the vacuum cleaner existed and vacuumed the floor myself. You get instructions for the check out. On the fourth day of my stay there was renovation work going on upstairs, the noise lasted until 10PM. Since I did not need to sleep at that time it was tolerable. Would I come again despite the floor not being clean, the answer is yes. The apartment is very centrally located near Tower City station (only a few minutes away), you have everything you need close by. The neighborhood as well as the building itself are very safe. In the same building is also the Holiday Inn Express, but they have nothing to do with renting the apartments.

Not a high-end experience.
To start, the pictures are not this particular unit, but they're certainly representative. Check-in is awful, if not for some assistance from Holiday Inn check-in, not sure I'd figure it out. It's self-help. Room had a funky odor. Furniture is low end throwaway stuff, uncomfortable. I think if someone had energetic sex on the bed, it would probably fall apart. Nice, shower, but not good on bathroom basics. I was lucky to find a tiny bar of soap, hadn't thought to bring my own; I won't do this again.
