Everything from the staff to the unit itself was amazing.

Arriving to the property to stay from Fri-Sun. Check in process was simple. The room was nice (king size suite) however I was disappointed on how outdated the room was vs other sister properties. The furniture was very old. The walls were also very thin, I could hear everyone around me through the entire night. One thing I noticed upon checking in was the cleanliness, it was lacking. There was someone else’s hair on the bathroom floor and all in the bath and shower area. I had to re clean before using , which I usually do anyways , but it just didn’t feel good knowing the dirt was there. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all! Very hard! The location is great as far as being near stuff to do but the view isn’t that great. You also share balcony with other guests which isn’t very nice. I think next time I may just stay across the beach at beach quarters.

We loved it, I feel the price was fair, room and kitchen had everything we needed it. The only thing I did not like was we ran out of hot water fairly quick, the first person had to take a quick shower or the second person would have to shower with not cold water but it wasn’t hot. I couldn’t enjoy the tub cause I couldn’t get it to fill with hot water.

This by far was the Best Resort we stay at compared to Ocean beach acrossed the street hallways to darn cold,the dont let you turn on the heat above 74 degrees but have leakage of cold that comes in from front door seals are poor they just offer more blankets.This one the staff is awesome wish we stay the 8 days here instead of over there plus bigger rooms and just didnt want to leave the 4 days we stayed definitely will be coming back.

Definitely one of my favorite stays in the VA Beach area. The amount of space and the cleanliness is top of the list in the area. If possible, I would advise you to try and request a room away from the Pacific Ave. due to the amount of vehicle noise. During this latest stay, I was placed on the Atlantic Ave side and it was significantly quieter and easier to sleep. The pols were open and the rennovation was neatly covered which I really apprciated. THe fronst desk was very pleasant and welcoming. Very professional about everything and VERY informative of the property.

Found a roach in room

Parking is difficult as you arrive. Limited. Our room smelled as if someone had been smoking pot in their the day before. Turns out this was an ongoing issue during our stay both with nearby rooms and around the hotel property. Disappointed that on multiple occasions, we encountered this while on property.

Pleasing views. Close to everything Virginia Beach has to offer.

I had some issues with check in but the manager fixed things and gave me an extra hour check out and nice gift. The weather was rainy but inside was sunny !! Enjoyed our stay as usual. Thanks 🎄
